Terms & Conditions- Curious Colorful Chaos Maine Coon Cattery

By visiting our website or purchasing a kitten from Curious Colorful Chaos Cattery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying for or purchasing a kitten, especially if you're looking for Maine Coon cats for sale in Nashville.

Kitten Availability & Reservations

All kittens, including our Maine Coon cats in Nashville, TN, are sold as pet-only unless otherwise agreed in writing. A kitten is considered reserved only when a deposit and signed contract have been received. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time if we feel it is not in the best interest of the kitten.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion. Final payment is due before or at the time of kitten pickup. We accept payment methods as outlined in your adoption agreement (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or approved online payment).

Health Guarantee

All kittens, including Maine Coon kittens from our cattery, are examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care. Kittens are sold with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a health record. Each kitten comes with a written health guarantee covering genetic conditions as described in our contract. Buyers must take their kitten to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup for the health guarantee to remain valid.

Care & Responsibility

Buyers agree to provide proper housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and companionship for the kitten. Kittens must be kept indoors and never allowed to roam freely outside. Declawing is strictly prohibited as it is harmful and inhumane.

Spay/Neuter Agreement

All pet kittens, including those of our Maine Coon breed in Nashville, are sold under a spay/neuter contract. Proof of spay/neuter must be provided by the date specified in the adoption agreement. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in legal action as outlined in the contract.

Breeding Rights

Breeding rights are available only under a separate agreement and to approved programs. Breeding kittens will be registered and transferred according to TICA/CFA rules.

Returns & Rehoming

If at any point you cannot keep your kitten, you must contact us first. We will assist with rehoming. Refunds are not provided after the kitten leaves our care, except as specifically stated in our health guarantee.
